Associated Head Coach

Coach Mac is in his 12th season with the Everett Merchants (2010-2016, 2018 – Current).  During his time with the Merchants, they have participated in the NBC World Series two times (2010 and 2014) and they have defeated the Everett AquaSox in the Everett Cup twice (2010 and 2019).

He is also currently the President of the Pacific International League (elected Fall 2019) a position that he previously held from 2010 through 2014.

He was an assistant coach at Everett CC for two years (2006 and 2007) and coached at Edmonds CC for four seasons (2010-2013). He was a member of the Everett CC team that made it to the NWACC Tournament in 2006.

While at Edmonds, the Tritons won the Northern Division Championship and then made an appearance in the NWAACC Tournament in 2010.   

Four of his former players, have reached the major leagues and he has coached dozens of other players who have signed pro contracts.

He won a bronze medal as the General Manager / Assistant Coach for NWAACC USA at the 2013 World Baseball Challenge.

He has over 20 years of working in front offices of professional sports teams including the Seattle Seahawks and the Everett Silvertips.

A native of Anacortes, he graduated from the Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Marketing Option; Minor in Sports Management.
